Love in the form of shoes...

I have been looking for boots for 2 years and today, in the midst of retail therapy with KMJ at Old Navy, I saw them. The perfect pair of boots. They literally screamed my name from the model's plastic feet. I ventured over to the shelf and only saw 2 pairs in the color that I wanted. Grabbing at the tag I was expecting to feel the pang of disappointment that typically comes with having ridiculously normal sized feet, but the shopping gods smiled on this little shopper today and there they were, the perfect boots, in the perfect color, in my size. I almost passed out. As I slipped them on my feets, I felt that glow that only comes from finding an item of clothing that you have been searching for, high and low, up and down and in every store. It's most definitely one of the best feelings on the entire planet. Just sayin'.

I had a similar experience not even a month ago, only it was a pair of shorts instead of boots. I sincerely feel every bit of your joy. :)

Sooo cute! Love them! (Also, your post totally reminded me of "the perfect dress" a la Lorelei Gilmore. Very good!)
